Policy and Requirements for School Board Planning and Results Reporting, April 2011
Contains provincial requirements for Alberta public, separate and francophone school authority three-year education plans for 2011 – 2014, due November 30, 2011, and annual education results reports (AERR) on the 2010/2011 school year, also due November 30, 2011. Also contains related provincial planning and reporting requirements for schools within these jurisdictions. An optional template in Word for the three-year education plan (3YEP), pre-populated with the required Accountability Pillar results, will be provided on the Extranet along with the Accountability Pillar reports in early May 2011. Optional templates, pre-populated with the required Accountability Pillar results, for the AERR and for a combined 3YEP/AERR document will be provided with the Accountability Pillar reports in early October 2011. Guidelines and advice on school authority planning and reporting and information on the Accountability Pillar are no longer contained in the document but are available in concise bulletins on this site.
