Emerge 2010 Summit - August 15 - 18, 2010 Banff, Alberta
The Emerge 2010 Summit brought together participants from across Alberta and around the world to explore the use of one-to-one laptops and related technology to support 21st Century teaching and learning.
The Emerge Summit took place at The Banff Centre from August 15 to 18, 2010. Participants included K-12 education leaders, teachers, technical support directors, policymakers and researchers.
The summit featured leading-edge keynotes, hands-on workshops, interactive concurrent demonstrations, discussions with key one-to-one and 21st Century education leaders and researchers, an educational technology exhibit, and lots of networking and social activities.

Events were held throughout the project to support participants and provide information to enhance projects within the jurisdictions.
