School Capital Manual (Revisions as of January 2012)
School jurisdictions are accountable for the expenditure of capital project funding received from the Government of Alberta (GOA). The purpose of this manual is to provide all school jurisdictions (public, separate, francophone and charter schools) with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities in the planning of school construction projects, in maintaining or improving the condition of school facilities and in optimizing facility utilization.
