The Government Organization Act creates the Department of Education under the authority of the Minister of Education.
Regulation
The Education Grants Regulation empowers the Minister of Education to make grants for programs under the School Act. It derives its authority from the Government Organization Act. The relevant section appears after the name of the regulation.
