Open Calls for Resources

Dear Publishers and Developers,

Thank you for participating in the June 17, 2009 Publisher/Developer Meeting to discuss the provision of learning and teaching resources for Alberta’s revised Science Kindergarten to Grade 6 Program of Studies. Due to changing fiscal realities, Alberta Education is re-examining the scope and the timelines for the Science Kindergarten to Grade 3 Call for Proposals.  Unfortunately, this means that the proposed September meeting with publishers and developers is cancelled. The interest expressed in this project so far is much appreciated and we apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.

Alberta Education continues to be committed to resourcing the revised K–6 Science Program of Studies and we are working at identifying ways to move forward. We have appreciated the support the industry has provided to Alberta Education in past resource projects and our desire is to continue that important partnership with you.
