Provincial Approach to Student Information (PASI) Update
September 2013 is the target date for all Alberta school authorities to implement a PASI-compliant Student Information Systems (SIS). In preparation for this, all school authorities and Alberta Education will need to sign the PASI Usage Agreement.
Alberta Education, in conjunction with stakeholders, has prepared a series of support documents and will provide services to assist school authorities in complying with PASI security provisions. This needs to be completed by August 31, 2013 or on the date that the school authority implements PASI functionality through its student information system (SIS), whichever comes first.
