High School Transcripts

Please Note:

If you are applying to an Alberta post-secondary institution please consult with them, or check their website before you order a high school transcript as they may be able to order a transcript for you at no cost.
The results of examinations with unpaid diploma rewrite fee will not appear on the official Transcript until the rewrite fee is paid.

The following forms may assist you with requesting services. You can request a transcript, register for a diploma examination or request that your address or demographic information be updated.

Complete the appropriate form and return the signed copy by mail or by fax to the number indicated on the form.
