Revision of K–12 Fine Arts Programs of Study
To achieve improved outcomes for all students, Alberta Education is revising the Fine Arts programs of study.
Thank you to all who viewed the K–12 Arts Education Curriculum Framework and completed the Online Discussion Questions.
Provincial curriculum development, including the revision of Fine Arts programs, has been slowed to ensure alignment with current changes underway in education stemming from the work around Inspiring Education, Curriculum Redesign, the implementation of an inclusive education system, and the public consultations on the new Education Act.
