Alberta Education has a Help Desk support service for schools, school authority staff, students and parents. AE Help Desk can be contacted via phone, email.

Contact AE Help Desk if you need help with: 

  • myPass sign-up or questions
  • Student Learning Assessments (SLA)- technical assistance or questions regarding administration
  • Education Applications (Extranet) sign-up, questions, or support
