To check on the status of an existing application, please use the TWINS Teacher Self-Service System. Only certificates that have the status of “Certificate Issued” on TWINS Teacher Self-Service will be available for pickup. All pre-paid couriers must have a waybill signed by the teacher applicant to ensure that we are able to release certificates to the courier.

Application status is not available by telephone, email or by walk-in. Please track the status of your application online through TWINS Teacher Self-Service.
