Like other physical activities, when you're dancing you are using lots of energy. That's why you need to be putting a lot of energy back inside you with food. Carbohydrates are an excellent source of energy for aerobic dance routines. Body Image Feeding your body is one step in caring for it. The other step is caring for it mentally.
