Resources that are authorized for use in Alberta schools can be purchased from the
Learning Resources Distribution Branch at http://www.lrc.education.gov.ab.ca.
A committee of Alberta physical educators reviewed all of these resources and recommend
authorization. Their review ensured alignment with the outcomes and program aim and
perceived suitability for teacher use. This site contains the collection and annotations
by Learning and Teaching Resources at Alberta Learning, with a link to LRC for purchase
information. The information for each resource also contains the curriculum framework
and identifies which outcome the resource is most closely related to.
