Adventures in Fitness Land

In the individual activities dimension you are an explorer: Conquer Mount Sloth, battle the barbarians at the gate of Sluggolia, and cross the bridge from Couch Potato Land into the treasures of the Active Living Zone! Okay so maybe it won't be exactly like that, but still...!

You will be travelling to the core of your strengths and weaknesses and navigating personal goals. You'll also journey toward personal growth as you hone your physical skills in running, jumping, throwing, strength training and other key abilities that you'll need in your travels through physical education.

Your expedition's goal is to explore a variety of activities within this section. This is an any time, any place dimension so you'll find activities that you can do in your living room, at a community facility, on a track, on a hill, or down the road. (If you do run into a couple of Sluggolian operatives just ignore them.)

The Map

Just as in the other dimensions, you will be expected to complete at least seven hours of activities, and no more than 40 hours of individual activities, for credit. The tracker will display the actual time you spend in these activities. Many of them can be demonstrated to your teacher or parent. Before you begin any activities make sure you have addressed any safety issues including being aware of how fit you presently are and how much you should challenge yourself.
