What is your outlook on your appearance and physical abilities? Do you feel positively or negatively about your body? Self-concept and self-esteem are related, and they can change as we grow, learn, and experience more of life. Some of the factors influencing the development of self-concept and self-esteem are our own past experiences, memories, feelings, and hopes and dreams.

Factors outside yourself affect your self-concept and esteem, including how others react to you, messages in the media, and expectations of familt, peers and members.

It is possible for you to change the way you think of yourself. Do you think it's time to do a U-turn in your thinking?
