Add Some Attitude

An active way of life starts with attitude. It's a personal choice to be responsible for your activity level and your health. Here's what one student had to say about being active and staying positive:

"I find that I get better at what I'm doing. Except for horseback riding. But I am sort of willing to try more things. Before I promised myself I wasn't even going to get on a horse." - Jonathan, 16 Year Old P.E. Student

Active Living Requires:

  1. Effort
  2. Safety
  3. Goal Setting / Personal Challenge
  4. Active Living in the Community
